2 zip files? Or split it?

Thinking up a new game. Gonna try to host it on the net. Gonna fail hard, but that's half the fun.

Well I was more going along the lines of "but why would anyone want that anyway?", but okay then.

Anyone else having trouble getting the editor to work in Vista, because I am. Yes it's in a folder with no spaces.

RE: Card Editor (December 2009 update!)
I was unable to use the editor when I switched over to Vista myself. The issue was not resolvable by any means I attempted, which was irksome. At some point, I deleted it and the cards I'd made with it out of frustration.

RE: Card Editor (December 2009 update!)
The card editor ran first time on my machine with Windows Vista Home 32bit... so it doesn't appear to be a universal thing.

Not sure what type my vista is (other than Home Premium Edition), but it seemed to run fine for me the one time I used it.

RE: Card Editor (December 2009 update!)
I've updated the Card Editor zip in the first post. It now contains a new bat file which, for those unable to run the thing in Vist 64bit, should now get it to run. If it works (if someone could test that?), we have Bugle/Jael to thank for providing that.

Also added the mini-backgrounds for the holiday cards.

RE: Card Editor (December 2009 update!)
More specifically, you can thank my dad.

A few notes: the bat operates under the assumption your editor is C:\CMCCardEditor and that your java is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin unless masa modified it in some way.

If your files aren't in those locations, you can either move your files to their designated locations, or open the bat file in notepad and change the first two lines to where your files are.

I might have a play and see what I can come up with, though it'd be entirely guesswork.

Which is my approach to everything ever.

RE: Card Editor (December 2009 update!)
Two bits of news:

1) Kaktus021 has confirmed the fix works on other vista computers!

2) I have documented all (hopefully!) of abilities.csc on the wiki. I'll maintain it as best as I can, and masa can too if he so chooses (but lazy masa is lazy)

Kindly report any errors found. Especially if you're masa.
